Your data is securely stored within our CRM provided by LeadsHorse.com. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and as such, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Age Restrictions
There are no specific age restrictions for opting into Messages, although the products and services promoted are generally intended for homeowners and businesses.

Jurisdiction
This agreement and its interpretation are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.

International Messaging
Messages will be sent to users within the United States and Canada.

Limitation of Liability
Select Generators is not liable for any delays in the receipt of any Messages, as delivery is subject to the service provided by your mobile phone carrier and/or email provider.

Updates to Terms
Changes to these terms will be updated on our website. Continued use of the service after such updates constitutes your agreement to the changes.
